As of January 29, 2026, the following terms govern the deployment, access, and usage of our gaming applications and cloud-based services. We operate under a "Privacy by Design" mandate, ensuring that every heuristic update or haptic protocol we ship complies with Italian consumer protection laws and GDPR directives.
Global intellectual property rights for all Unity-based builds and proprietary interaction logic.
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Rome.
Proprietary Assets & Digital Artisanship
All visual interfaces, source code, game mechanics, haptic feedback maps, and sound engineering produced by Winetra are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. We treat our code as architectural bluepreints—mathematically precise and legally distinct.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our applications strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any attempt to reverse-engineer Unity frameworks, extract 3D assets, or bypass our API security protocols constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may lead to legal action under Italian IP protection statutes.

Protocol Protection
Unauthorized reproduction of game shaders or haptic patterns is strictly prohibited.
We design for performance, within the bounds of reality.
Hardware Variance
Winetra aims for 60FPS on mid-range Italian market hardware. However, we do not guarantee performance consistency across all legacy Android or iOS ecosystems.
Content Integrity
All in-app statistics, leaderboard data, and difficulty curves are subject to dynamic balancing. We reserve the right to modify logic loops without prior notice.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winetra Interactive is not liable for indirect data loss or interruptions caused by third-party hosting partners.

By engaging with our portfolio, you commit to maintaining the integrity of our digital competitive environment. Winetra applications are spaces for high-fidelity interaction, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious behavior.
- 01 No Modification: You may not use third-party scripts to alter the latency, CR (Conversion Rate), or physics of our games.
- 02 Account Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access tokens and account identifiers.
- 03 Fair Engagement: Systematic exploitation of logic loops to gain an unfair advantage in DAU/MAU-tracked rankings is strictly prohibited.
GDPR Compliance
We strictly adhere to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 within the Italian jurisdiction. Your data residency remains within encrypted EU nodes.
